Starfleet Québec will be intergrated into Starfleet Canada as our french community independant working force with special avatars and a voice in the council.

Un rappel pour les Québécois. Starfleet Québec recrute des Québécoises et Québécois pour sa partie francophone de Starfleet Canada. Je pense même créer un deuxième conseil avec un représentant de chaque province. J'ai besoin d'en discuter avec mes collègues.

Excelsior1977 sera promu pour combler le poste de dirigence adjointe de Starfleet Québec. Peut-être comme Ministre, Sous-Ministre ou un grade militaire que je vais lui donner. Si jamais, il n'est pas très actif pour SQ, je nommerai quelqu'un d'autre à sa tête. Si nous avons plusieurs Québécois et Québécoises avec comme langue maternelle le « FRANÇAIS » ou BILINGUES BBB ou CCC; ils/elles seront chargés des diffirents départements francophones pour son bon fonctionnement. Je suis toujours en mode « réflexion » pour l'organisation de SQ.

J'aimerais faire des images spéciales pour notre communautée francophone pour montrer que nous parlons français comme notre langue maternelle de naissance. Ça sera utile si nous voulons jouer des parties entres nous quelques fois. Je veux une image spéciale pour la partie SQ de SC. Ces images seront en dessous de leurs grades. Quelque chose de notre drapeau Québécois et la fleur de lysée. Des lettres SQ colorées d'un bleu pour leurs images de profils.

A reminder for the Québécois. Starfleet Québec is recruiting Quebecers for the french community part of Starfleet Canada. I am also thinking of creating a second council with representatives of all our provinces. I need to discuss it with my staff.

Excelsior1977 will promoted for the leadership second in command of Starfleet Québec. Perhasp as Minister, Vice-Minister or a military rank that I will give him. If that occurs, he is not active enough for SQ, I will choose another person as head. If we have a lot of Quebecers that their first language from birth is "FRENCH" or BILANGUAL BBB or CCC; they will be in charge of numurous french departments for her functioning correctly. I am still "thinking" on how will I organize it.

I would like to make special avatars for our french Quebec community to show that they speak french as their native language from birth. This can be useful when they want to play a game together in french sometime. I want this special image for our SQ part of SC. These avatars will be at the bottom of their ranks. Something from the Quebec flag lysée flower and a blue SQ colored letters as their profile avatars.
